This policy explains, in plain language, what data Soluflex receives through the site, what it is used for, who it is shared with and what you can demand at any time. It applies to this entire site, on every page.

What we collect
These are two different things, and it is only fair to keep them apart.
What you type. Only what is in the quote form: name, company, phone, e-mail, city and state, product of interest, quantity, deadline and the message. The first three are required because without them there is no way to answer. The rest is optional.
What the server records on its own. When you send the form, your IP address stays on record for a few minutes, only to limit repeated submission attempts and block spam bots. The hosting server also keeps technical access logs, like any site on the internet. None of this is used to build a profile of anyone.
There is no advertising tracker on this site.
We do not buy or enrich contact lists.
Why we use it, and on what grounds
The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018) requires stating the reason for each use:
- Answering your quote and following up commercially. That is article 7, item V: processing needed for the preliminary steps of a contract you asked for yourself by pressing "request a quote".
- Protecting the site from abuse. That is article 7, item IX, legitimate interest: without the limit per IP, the form becomes a spam door in one afternoon.
- Meeting legal and tax obligations, when the quote turns into an order, an invoice and a delivery.
If one day we want to use your e-mail for something else, such as sending product news, that will be asked separately and you can say no without losing anything.
Who it is shared with
With no one beyond what it takes for the order to reach you. Your data is not sold, rented or handed over to third parties.
- The company that hosts the site and the e-mail server, which hold the message so it reaches the sales team.
- Carrier and accounting, only when the quote becomes a real order, and only with what the service requires.
- Public authorities, if there is a legal order for it.
Cookies and measurement
The session cookie is the only one the site needs to work. It holds the security code that checks whether the form really was sent from this page, and it disappears when you close the browser. Without it the quote is not sent.
No advertising, analytics or social network cookie is installed on its own.
The company video is a YouTube player in no-cookie mode, and it only loads after you click the play button. Until you click, nothing is requested from YouTube and none of your data gets there. Once you click, Google terms apply as well. The WhatsApp and social network buttons are links: they take you outside the site, and what happens there follows the policy of each one.
How long it is kept
The quote request stays on record for as long as the sales conversation lasts and for the legal retention period of tax documents, when it turns into a sale. The IP record from the submission limit lasts minutes. You can ask for deletion before that, and we erase what the law does not require us to keep.
How this data is protected
- The whole site runs on HTTPS, so what you type travels encrypted.
- Access to the admin panel uses a password stored as a hash, never as open text, and with a limit on attempts.
- The form checks where the submission came from and has a brake against automation.
- Only the sales people who answer have access to the requests received.
No system is infallible, and promising absolute security would be a lie. What we do promise is to notify whoever is affected, and the proper authority, if a relevant incident happens.
Your rights
The LGPD belongs to you, not to the company. At any time you can ask for:
- confirmation that your data is being processed, and access to it;
- correction of anything incomplete or wrong;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of anything unnecessary or excessive;
- portability to another supplier;
- information on who your data was shared with;
- withdrawal of consent, when the use depends on it.

Changes to this policy
When this text changes, the revision date below changes with it. If the change matters to someone who already sent a request, the notice goes by e-mail.
