Soluflex, from the inside
Soluflex manufactures industrial packaging supplies: adhesive tape, custom printed tape carrying the customer brand and stretch film, and supplies the full line of packaging material and equipment. Buy here and you buy from the plant.
The plant is in Colombo, in the Curitiba metropolitan area, in its own 1,153 m² facility. The regular customer is industry and trade with real shipping volume: the distribution center that wraps pallets every day, the carrier that needs the load identified and the online retailer that seals boxes with its own brand printed on the tape.
The operation is in house, from the jumbo roll to the finished roll. The jumbo roll arrives as raw material and leaves cut to the size ordered. Custom printed tape is printed on our own press, with the artwork proof approved before production starts. Stretch film is rewound to the gauge and roll size your operation uses.
It is this plant that holds a lead time on printed tape below what the market practices, and it is the plant that keeps the roll consistent from one order to the next. Tape that sticks on the first pass and film that does not tear on the wrap are what prevent stopped machines and repacked loads, which is where packaging cost really shows up.
That is more than 15 years in the packaging market, and what Soluflex does today is what it learned in that time: understand the customer operation before talking price, specify the right product for that box and that pallet, and keep supply steady month after month.
Stock line ships right away. The quote comes in writing, with lead time and freight, and the company invoices according to your account. You deal directly with the sales team, no call center and no quote that takes two days. We deliver across Brazil, and in the South freight usually comes out tighter. If material arrives off spec, after sales replaces it.

What Soluflex does not manufacture, it supplies: the full line of packaging material and the equipment that applies it, from the bench dispenser to the pallet wrapper and the case sealer. That way your shipping floor handles everything with one supplier, one invoice and one lead time.
