Tape that seals on the first pass. Film that holds the pallet all the way.
Factory in Colombo, Paraná, Brazil. Tell us what you pack and how much you ship per month, and we will tell you the adhesive, the gauge and the width your line needs.
Tape and film come in at the end of the line, when the money has already gone into raw material and packaging. That is why everyone squeezes here. The problem is that the cost is not in the roll, it is in what happens after it reaches shipping.
Two passes instead of one
Adhesive weaker than the corrugated calls for does not stick on the first pass. The operator runs it again, and consumption per box doubles.
Adhesive specified for your corrugated.
Extra wraps per pallet
Film that is too thin forces extra wraps to keep the load from opening. The roll comes out cheap, the meters per pallet come out expensive.
Basis weight matched to the weight of the load.
Loads that arrive toppled
A pallet that opens in transit turns into damaged product, an unhappy customer and freight back.
Film that holds the pallet through delivery.
Orders redone in a rush
Wrong material in shipping and the line packs with whatever is on hand. The time lost costs more than the roll.
Specification checked before the price.
None of this shows up on the price list. It shows up at the end of the month.
How this looks in practice
A purchasing manager at a food manufacturer in Paraná came to Soluflex to bring down the cost of packaging. His stretch film supplier varied in quality and delivered late, and the tape line in shipping had never been reviewed.
We looked at the process, pointed to the right specification for that application, sent material to run on his line and only then presented the proposal: lower cost per pallet, more productivity in shipping and continuous supply, on an agreed date.
He came to us on a referral from another customer.

The jumbo roll comes in here as raw material and goes out as the roll your shipping floor uses. Slitting, printing and rewinding under one roof is what lets us match width, basis weight and length to your line, repeat the same standard on the next order and talk straight to the people who run the machines when the deadline is tight.
What Soluflex does not manufacture, it supplies: the full line of packaging material and the equipment that applies it, from the bench dispenser to the pallet wrapper and the case sealer. That way your shipping floor handles everything with one supplier, one invoice and one lead time.
What we do
Jumbo roll slitting, custom tape printing and stretch film rewinding, plus the full line of packaging material and equipment.
Who we serve
Industry and trade with shipping volume, anywhere in Brazil, served directly by our sales team.
What is in the standard line does not wait for production. Printed tape goes into the queue on our own press, and that is where the lead time comes in below the market.
Send a photo of the sealed box and tell us how much you ship per month. That shows the type of cardboard, where the tape is being applied and whether the volume calls for a more aggressive adhesive. The recommendation comes before the quote, and it costs nothing.
What is the lead time?
Anything in our standard line ships from stock. Custom printed tape has a production time that starts after artwork approval, and that is exactly where Soluflex works below what the market practices. The exact lead time for your order goes in the proposal.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the item. The stock line covers smaller orders, and custom printed tape has a production minimum because it involves a printing cylinder. Send your volume on WhatsApp and we answer right away.
Do you offer payment terms?
Yes, with terms set case by case according to your account and your volume.
What is the price?
There is a price list by product and by size, and the proposal comes in writing with price, lead time and freight. Before the price we check the specification, because one less strip of tape per box moves your numbers more than a few cents on the roll.
Do you deliver outside Paraná?
Yes, we deliver to all of Brazil. In the South the freight usually comes out tighter.
Can you print my brand on the tape?
Yes, and it is one of the plant's main lines. You send the artwork, we send back the proof and produce after your approval.
Do you ship from stock?
We do. The stock line (acrylic tape, hot melt tape, stretch film, masking tape, PET strapping and the rest of the standard range) ships without waiting for production. What has a lead time is the custom printed tape, which depends on printing. Confirm the size on WhatsApp and we tell you right away what is in stock.
How is this material different from what I use today?
That is the right question, and the answer comes from your box, not from the catalog. What changes is the basis weight of the adhesive against the cardboard you use, the film thickness against the pallet weight and the width against how the box closes. Send a photo of the sealed box and your monthly volume: we compare it with what you buy today and show where you are spending extra strips, extra wraps and extra meters.
